PURPOSE:To enable an upper and lower mold to be coupled easily positively and thus manufacture a molding with high accuracy and high quality by employing coupling molds for molding made of silicone resin in its whole part, and allowing them to be integrally joined in its common base part in order for the separated upper and lower mold not to leave each other. CONSTITUTION:Within separable cases 10, 11, a wooden mold 12 for a molding is supported on the joining parts of the cases 10, 11 at both ends support parts 13, 14 and positioned therein in suspended relation, and after clamping, molten silicone resin 20 is injected and then hardened from a injection hole 19, and a silicone resin body 21 is removed therefrom. The base part 5 is horizontally remained from a part of the support part 14 of the silicone resin body 21 and divided to the end part of the wooden mold 12 into two parts of an upper and lower mold 3, 4 via cutting lines 22, 23, and then expanded upward and downward in use of the base part 5 as a support body for removing the wooden mold 12 therefrom, in this manner, a composite mold 1 for molding made of elastic silicone resin is obtained wherein an upper and lower parts 3, 4 are integrally joined in its common base part 5. The composite mold for molding made of elastic silicone resin is clamped, and molten resin is injected through an injection hole 7 into a pattern space 2 and then cured. A molded item is taken out for obtaining an article. |
