Fusion proteins in which the C- or N-terminal essentially corresponds to the first 100 units of interleukin 2 are new. Also new are gene structures coding for the above fusion proteins, vectors containing these gene structures, and hot cells containinq these vectors. Hirudin derivs. with an amino acide sequence begining N-terminally with Pro are new and claimed. Human interleukin 2 derivs. contg. Asp. C-terminally are new and claimed.
