The invention relates to a device, particularly for processing creamy and pasteous matters, the device 2 comprising concentric grinding rotors 5, 6 rotating in opposite directions and having supporting surfaces 7 slinging out the processed material against the inside of the drum 3 surrounding the rotors. According to the invention, at least one of the grinding rotors 6 is provided with deflecting wings 10 rotating with the rotor. The deflecting wings 10 are arranged at least substantially in a vertical position and their outer edges are located near the inner mantle of the drum 3 and directed towards said mantle. On a level with the deflection wings 10, the drum 3 has an output opening with a mounted output tube as its continuation. The material slung against the inner mantle is scraped off in front of the deflection wings when the rotor 6 rotates, and is discharged via the output tube 9. <IMAGE>
