<p>PURPOSE:To enhance manufacturing speed, in manufacturing a laminate by coating a base material with a thermoplastic resin by melt extrusion, by using liquefied gas as the coolant of a cooling roll and heating the deposited gas to room temp. after use to spray the same to the periphery of the roll to prevent dewing. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin 1 is applied to a base material 10 by melt extrusion to prepare a laminate 11. In this case, liquefied gas whose b.p. is 0 deg.C or lower under one atmospheric pressure is used as the coolant 5 of a cooling roll 6 and the gas evaporated after use to be discharged from the cooling roll is heated to room temp. and sprayed to the periphery of the cooling roll to prevent dewing. By this method, productivity is enhanced and dewing is prevented and optical and mechanical properties can be improved.</p> |
