Interpolymer latices from esters of (meth)acrylic acid and vinyl esters of branched chain carboxylic acids.

Interpolymers of esters of (meth)acrylic acid and vinyl esters of branched chain carboxylic acids, in which the acid moiety contains 10 carbon atoms, latices containing such interpolymers, their preparation and coating compositions comprising such latices and solid polymeric products such as redispersible latex powders formed by physical drying of such latices. Interpolymers provide attractive combination of properties to latices and coatings.
