SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the spectral sensitivity of the photosensitive material and its storage stability with time lapse under high temperature and humidity by forming an emulsion layer high in the content of silver chloride containing a specified sensitizing dye. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide photographic sensitive material having the silver halide emulsion layer containing >=90mol% silver chloride contains at least one kind of the sensitizing dye represented by general formula I in which each of Z1 and Z2 is an atomic group necessary to form a 5- or 6-membered N-containing hetero ring; each of Q1 and Q2 is methylene; and each of L1 - L5 is methine. This sensitizing dye is uniformly dispersed into the silver halide emulsion before coating of a proper support, and the emulsion layer can be intensely color sensitized by the compounds represented by general formulae II and III.
