PURPOSE:To suppress bleed stain of dye by coating a synthetic fiber sheet dyed with a disperse dye with a resin, heat-treating, then subjecting to reductive cleaning, coating the sheet with a porous particle-containing resin and setting the sheet at a temperature lower than the heat treatment temperature. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic fiber sheet made of a polyamide is dyed with a disperse dye, coated with a resin such as acrylic resin, heat-treated, with a resin, then subjected to acidic reductive cleaning, further coated with a resin containing silica particles having <6mum average particle diameter, 20Angstrom -150Angstrom average fine pore diameter and >=300m<2>/g average particle diameter and set for finishing at a temperature lower than the above-mentioned heat treatment temperature so that coating processing of synthetic fiber sheet hardly causing bleed stain of dye is made possible. An azo-dye is preferable as the disperse dye. |
