PURPOSE:To obtain the title yarn without bleeding white powder by warping, knitting, etc., also after long-term passage of time by providing a lubricant consisting of a smoothing agent, emulsifier and antistatic agent and containing specific two amide components to a high speed spinning nylon 66 yarn having a specific breaking extension. CONSTITUTION:A lubricant consisting of a smoothing agent, emulsifier and antistatic agent and containing 10-30wt.% alkenylcinnamic acid hexamethylenediaminediamide expressed by formula I (R1 is 16-18C alkyl) and 0.1-8wt.% potassium salt of dimer acid hexamethylenediamine diamide expressed by formula II (R2 is 34C alkyl) is applied to nylon 66 filament at an amount of 0.1-8wt.% based on the filament. Thereby occurrence of white powder is suppressed even in contact running to a reed by warping, etc., and end breakage, etc., is prevented. Effects capable of preventing bleeding of white powder also after long-term passage of time is exhibited in the nylon 66 yarn, especially nylon 66 filament obtained by high-speed spinning and having 50-100% elongation at breakage. |
