The apparatus is characterised: - in that the internal cavity (19) of the leakproof capsule (16) consists of a first part (19a) of at least approximately ogival shape and of a second part (19b) of at least approximately cylindrical shape; - in that a porous transverse wall (37, 44) separates the said first and second parts of the internal cavity (19); - in that the delivery needle (5) for the precipitating product is situated arranged coaxially with the said internal cavity (19); and - in that the end of the said delivery needle (5) is closed axially but is provided with side openings capable of being situated facing the wall of the said first ogival part (19a).
