PURPOSE:To make a coil supply carriage free to approach the neighborhood of a mandrel by providing the coil supply carriage and a power supply carriage separably at the time of carrying a coiled thin steel belt wound up by the mandrel by the coil supply carriage, and by connecting both of them through a cable. CONSTITUTION:Pay-off reel(POR) mandrels 1, 2 are made to be a coil installation part to have a coil pass through a plate, and a coil supply carriage 4 and a power supply carriage 5 are provided free to travel along a rail 6 between the POR 1, 2 and a coil supply part. Additionally, a trolley wire to carry out power supply to drive the carriages along the rail 6, and the power supply carriage 5 is fitted with a collector ring to dispatch load to the carriage main body from a trolley of a trolley installation part 3. The coil supply carriage 4 is provided with a cable drum 7 a cyclone decelerator 8, and the coil supply carriage 4 is driven by them. Subsequently, the power supply carriage 5 is provided with a cable connection part to connect a trolley load collecting part 10 and a cable 11 of a cable reel drum 7. |
