<p>PURPOSE:To obtain excellent transparency and shock strength and prevent the adsorption of an infusion into a device inner wall and the elution of a plasticizer and the like from the device inner wall by applying roll machining under specific conditions to an inflation film formed with crystalline thermoplastic resin under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A crystalline thermoplastic resin is melted and kneaded and formed into a film by the inflation method under the condition of the longitudinal drawing ratio 1.5 or below, and the inflation film is machined by the press rolling method at the pressing ratio 30-70%. The blow-up ratio is set to 3 or above preferably, 3.5 or above more preferably, and a better film is obtained if it is formed under the condition of the drawing ratio 1.3 or below preferably. The cloudiness value of the tubular film is set to 10% or below, 5% or below preferably, 3% or below more preferably, the drop impact strength is set to 100kg.cm/mm or above, 150kg.cm/mm or above preferably, 200kg.cm/mm or above more preferably, then a very excellent infusion bag is obtained.</p> |
