<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual slip of processed papers and the curl thereof by extruding a synthetic resin such as polyethylene to the surface of paper such as kraft paper in a molten state and spraying a mixture of an anti-slip agent and an anti-curl agent to the rear of the paper to coat the same. CONSTITUTION:Laminated paper 12 subjected to the extrusion lamination of a molten resin such as polyethylene is supplied through a guide roller 10 so that the kraft paper thereof is turned toward the coating surface of a rotor- dampening coating apparatus 14. A coating solution 11 is supplied to a plurality of the rotors 18 of the rotor.dampening coating apparatus 14 by a pump through supply pipes 16 and sprayed to a base material 20 in a fan shape by the centrifugal action of the rotors 18 rotating at high speed. As the coating solution, an anti-slip agent prepared by mixing an anti-slip substance with water is used and a curl after processing is prevented by the moisture in the anti-slip agent. The processed paper coated by the coating apparatus 14 is taken up by a taking-up roller through a guide roller 15 without passing through a drying process.</p> |
