An implant is composed of a three-dimensional skeleton (18) made of interconnected beamlet-like structures that enclose previously dimensioned cavities (20). The implant is produced by forming the skeleton around moulded bodies that occupy the space where the cavities will be located, then by removing the moulded bodies. This implant may be used for example as a medullary cavity stopper (10). |
