PURPOSE:To simplify structure, and improve the operation performance by setting the line joining the revolution center of a revolution transmission member and the revolution center of a rotary driving means and the line joining the revolution center of the revolution transmission member and an angle detecting means so as to be 90 deg. or more. CONSTITUTION:A motor 43 and an encoder 48 which are installed in a rotary operating part 11b are arranged so that the line joining the revolution center of a hard pipe 41 and the revolution center of the motor 43 and a line joining the hard pipe 41 and the revolution center of the encoder 48 are set on a straight line (90 deg. or more), on both the sides of the hard pipe 41 interposed, and installed in a state directed to the same direction. Accordingly, a transmission belt 46 on the motor 43 side and a transmission belt 51 on the encoder 48 side are extended in the opposite directions of the hard pipe 41. However, since the hard pipe 41, motor 43, and the encoder 48 are arranged in parallel, the length in the axial direction of the rotary operating part 10b is remarkably shortened, and the weight balance is improved, and the burden for an operator is reduced, and the operation performance is improved. |
