A sight guide to be used in playing golf in order to control either the correct golfer's position and the alignment of the golf club with the trajectory or path followed by the ball to follow fairway or to reach the desired target, green or hole, or any horizontal shift of the golfer's head during the swing, said sight guide consisting of a plurality of lines marked on eyeglass lenses (10A, 10B) and comprising two parallel lines (12A, 12B, 13A, 13B) forming a rail on both lenses (10A, 10B) and three lines (14, 15, 16) perpendicular to the former and marked on only one lens (10A). |
