PURPOSE:To obtain fiber reinforced cement plate materials having excellent flexural strength, impact strength, etc., without adding asbestos by blending cement with silica having high Blaine value, prehydrated pulp, resin fibers in a stripped state, an extender, etc., hydrating, molding and curing in an autoclave. CONSTITUTION:(A) Cement, (B) silica having >=10,000 Blaine value, (C) pulp fibers, (D) heat-resistant synthetic resin fibers cut into a stripped state with 6-10mm length and (E) an extender are prepared. Firstly, the pulp fibers are blended with 20-50wt.% based on the pulp fibers of water to increase an apparent weight of the pulp fibers and uniformly mixed with the other components. Then the mixed raw materials are hydrated, formed into a given shape and the formed material is cured in an autoclave at a high temperature under high pressure to give fiber reinforced cement plate materials suitable for building material, etc. |
