PURPOSE:To obtain hygienic and economic packed stock having high yield, a small amount of raw material and boiled refuse by blending a raw material formed into a given size and soup extracted from the raw material. CONSTITUTION:At least a kind of animal bone or animal meat is cut and formed into a given size and divided into two parts to give a first shaped raw material and a second shaped raw material. Then the first shaped raw material is mixed with water, extracted under normal pressure or reduced pressure and the prepared soup is purified and adjusted to 50-70% water content. Then, the prepared soup is blended with the second shaped raw material not to be emulsified preferably at <=7 deg.C and the prepared mixture is hermetically sealed in a container composed of a liquid permeable film. |
