PURPOSE:To obtain a nutritively excellent mayonnaise having characteristic body and flavor by adjusting emulsified mayonnaise to a proper oil content and blending the mayonnaise with grains or seeds made into a butter state or powder state. CONSTITUTION:Grains or seeds such as peanut or sesame are pressed, squeezed to a fixed amount into a butter state or a powder state, emulsified and mixed with mayonnaise. |
