摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To easily regulate the gradient of an internal power supply voltage after a specified voltage by providing a 1st differential amplifier means to be operated the active mode and a 2nd differential amplifier means to be operated in the standby mode. CONSTITUTION: This circuit is composed of a reference voltage generating circuit 70, power supply voltage level sensing circuit 90, 1st differential amplifier circuit 110 and 2nd differential amplifier circuit 130. Then, at the time of active operation, the 1st differential amplifier circuit 110 is operated by a 1st control signal 125 in 'high' state and at the time of standby operation, the 2nd differential amplifier circuit 130 is operated by a 2nd control signal 145 in 'low' state. In this case, when it is desired to regulate the inclination of the internal voltage over the specified value of an external power supply voltage, only the level of an NMOS transistor 118 to affect current pass ability by the voltage of a sensing node 91 is changed. Thus, the change rate of the internal voltage after a specified voltage can readily be regulated.</p>
