PURPOSE:To stabilize adhesion between a photosensitive layer and a condensation type silicone resin layer by controlling the humidity of dry air for a coated layer of the condensation type silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:By using the dry air whose humidity is controlled, the evaporation of solvent in the silicone layer and the hardening thereof are allowed to progress with good control performance. The degree of the humidity control of the dry air is optimally decided based on the kind and the addition quantity of the condensation silicone resin used and a cross linking agent used, and a drying and hardening zone is made multistage and each humidity control degree is changed so as to attain hardening with the good control performance. A drying zone is constituted of a web roll WS on a supporting body, an application device 1 used for coating a lowermost layer, electromagnetic wave irradiating devices 12 and 12', and a drying device 11 or respective application devices 2 and 3 for the photosensitive layer and the silicone layer, a drying device 2 for the photosensitive layer, and a drying device 31 for the silicone layer. The control is performed by 1st step humidity control gas in a solvent evaporation zone 311 and by 2nd step humidity control gas in a hardening zone 312. At the end of each drying device, the layer is cooled to be at a room temperature and fed to a next stage. The stable drying is performed in such a way and the adhesion between the photosensitive layer and the condensation type silicone resin layer is stabilized. |
