发明名称 MUD MATERIAL FOR TAP HOLE OF BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To smooth filling into a tap hole of a blast furnace, reduce the amount of a binder added and improve corrosion resistance by specifying the grain size of a coarse aggregate, the amount thereof added, etc., in a mud material composed of the coarse aggregate, a fine refractory material, metallic powder and the binder for the tap hole of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:(A) A coarse aggregate (e.g. sintered alumina or silicon carbide) having 5-10mm grain diameter in an amount of 15-65wt.% based on dry powder part is mixed with (B) a refractory raw material (e.g. alumina) having <=3mm grain diameter, (C) metallic powder (e.g. metallic aluminum powder) and (D) a binder (e.g. coal-based tar) to produce a mud material for a tap hole of a blast furnace. The resultant mud material can smoothly be filled in the normal tap hole having 70-80mm caliber of the blast furnace.
