OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTING SUBSTANCE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title practical superconducting substance improved in grain boundaries and Jct while retaining high-level Tc by incorporating a specific Bi-based superconducting substance with at least one of Ca2CuO, CaCu2 and CaO. CONSTITUTION:The objective oxide superconducting substance can be obtained by incorporating one mol of one or both of (A) (Bi, Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy and (B) Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy with 0.01-60wt.% of at least one of Ca2CuO3, CaCu2O3 and CaO.
