<p>PURPOSE:To grasp an instrument panel securely by providing the first grasping means to grasp the central lower part of the instrument panel, and the second grasping means to grasp by utilizing the installing holes at both the left and the right ends of the instrument panel, to the top of the wrist of the arm of a robot. CONSTITUTION:At the top of the wrist of the arm 2 of a robot, three nut runners 4 as a bolt picking up means, a center clamp 6 as the first grasping means to grasp by operating the first cylinder 5, and a pair of left and right positioning pins 7 as the second grasping means are installed through a base frame 3. The positioning pins 7 are fixed to sliders 8, and the left and the right sliders 8 are linked to a center link 10 provided to the base frame 3 through rods 11. And by operating the second cylinder to slide the sliders 8, the positioning pins 7 are expanded and moved to the outer side, and the instrument panel is grasped through installing holes provided at the left side and the right side of the instrument panel to which the positioning pins 7 are inserted.</p> |
