<p>PURPOSE:To surely impregnate and fix a primary coil and a secondary coil, by installing diaphragm members in a housing which members stretch in the axial direction and divide an aperture of a housing into a plurality of parts, and injecting synthetic resin into the housing from at least a part of a plurality of the divided parts. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical housing is constituted of a case 30 and holders 31, 32. The inner space of the housing is filled with thermosetting synthetic resin, e.g. epoxy resin, and cured, thereby forming a resin part 38. That is, when liquid state epoxy resin is injected between stretching parts 24a, 24b of a secondary bobbin 24 in an approximate vacuum state, said resin flows into the gap between the inner surface of a standing wall part 30b linking with the parts 24a, 24b and a secondary coil 22, at the same time flows into the gap between the secondary bobbin 24 and a primary coil 21, and reaches the bottom part of a case 30. Since the gap between the inner surface of a standing wall part 30a and a secondary coil 22 links with the part which is not between the stretching parts 24a, 24b of an aperture 39, filling is ended when the epoxy resin is filled as far as said part. Thereby a small device can be obtained, while the gap between the secondary bobbin and the housing is restrained to a minimum and specified ignition characteristics are ensured.</p> |
