PURPOSE:To construct a thin type sealed storage battery whose high rate discharge capacity is free from deterioration by installing a pos. and a neg. electrode adjoiningly on one plane, with an electrolyte retainer interposed, and combining the active substance and electrolyte retainer with projections/recesses provided in the thickness direction one another. CONSTITUTION:A comb-shaped lead foil is adhered to a film 1 of polypropylene using epoxy type adhesive, and arrangement is made on one plane as a pos. electrode electricity collector and a neg. electrode electricity collector 3. After an electrolyte retainer 4 is provided by means of printing between the pos. and neg. electricity collectors 2, 3, followed by drying, a pos. electrode active substance 5 and a neg. electrode active substance 6 are printed on the electricity collectors 2, 3 and dried. The electrolyte retainer 4 is dislocated to a certain degree horizontally from the previous printing, and printed and dried. Further the pos. and neg. active substances 5, 6 are a little dislocated in the same manner, and printed and dried. Repetitions of procedures in this manner allow combining of the active substances 5, 6 and electrolyte retainer 4 with projections/recesses provided in the thickness direction with one another. |
