摘要

The dispenser cathode heats the electron emitting material uniformly and has a structure for welding a cavity reservior (1) and a sleeve (2) easily. A flange expanded toward the outer direction of upper edge circumference of the cavity reservior is formed and a flange for easy welding of the cavity reservior and the sleeve is formed on the upper edge circumference of the sleeve.
