PURPOSE:To prevent overcooling and undercooling due to the inflow of warm and wet air upon stopping of a fan by a method wherein a refrigerator is provided with a first damper thermostat, controlling the temperature of a first refrigerating chamber and a second refrigerating chamber, and a second damper thermostat, controlling the temperature of a low temperature chamber, at the deepest part of the low temperature chamber. CONSTITUTION:Cold air, passed through a first damper thermostat 14b, is branched at a discharging passage 21 and one of it is discharged from a lower discharging port 21a into a second refrigerating chamber 7 while the other part of it is guided by a cold air discharging passage 22 upward and is discharged into a first refrigerating chamber 3 through a discharging port 22a. Cold air, passed through a second damper thermostat 14a, is guided upward by the discharging passage 21 upward and is discharged from a discharging port 15a into a low temperature chamber 5 through a cold air discharging passage 15. The first damper thermostat 14b is provided below the discharging port 22a of the first refrigerating chamber 3 in such a manner whereby the inflow of warm and wet air into the damper thermostat 14b can be prevented. According to this method, the inflow of the warm and wet air due to the opening and/or closing of a door and the storing of foods can be prevented upon stopping a fan and a predetermined amount of cold air can be secured. |
