PURPOSE:To easily observe a picture of a catheter at all times with a small quantity of a contrast medium and X-ray dose by obtaining a difference between a mask picture data and a contrast picture data to obtain a subtraction picture data and overlapping a tomology picture data on the subtraction picture data. CONSTITUTION:A tomology picture data of each frame fetched sequentially from an A/D converter 10 is added for a prescribed time and a mask picture data with excellent S/N in which no contrast medium is not injected to a reagent 4 is generated. Then a small quantity of a contrast medium is injected to a blood vein of the reagent 4 from a tip of a catheter and the tomology picture data of each frame is subjected to picture processing while the contrast medium is being injected. A minimum value of a picture element value of the tomology picture data is kept in the unit of pixel to generate a processing picture leaving a trace of the contrast medium. Thus, a last picture of bottom hold processing is kept as a contrast picture. The mask picture and the contrast picture are subtracted to generate a blood vein picture for only blood veins. |
