PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of power generation system of the whole cell by using one of double structural gas supply/exhaust pipes as supply pipe, and using the other as exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION:Oxidizer gas G2 flowing through the inner pipe 3 of double structural supply/exhaust pipes P flows into chambers 10, 12 in a gas header 2 and distributed to unitary cells. After power generation due to electrochemical reactions in the unitary cells, the fuel gas assuming a mixture G1' of the residuum and the product gas passes an exhaust manifold 16, flows into an exhaust chamber 11, and flows to outside the cell from an exhaust pipe 6. The exhaust gas of oxidizer G2', on the other hand, passes another exhaust manifold 17, flows into a chamber 13 in the gas header 2. passes exhaust pipe as the outer pipe 4 of the double structural supply/exhaust pipes P, and flows to outside the cell. |
