<p>PURPOSE:To precisely conduct a ground research work by drilling a research hole having a small diameter extending through a pavement floor and reaching the sand layer of a roadbed in a pavement, and photographing and recording the whole circumferential wall surface in the research hole to directly analyze the actual ground structure. CONSTITUTION:A research hole 17 having a depth reaching a sand layer 2 and a bore less than about 10 is drilled by a drill mounted on a strut 12 stood on a pavement floor B, and the hole inner circumferential wall surface is washed with a small quantity of water or by a rotary brush. Then, a photographing device 20 fixed to a support bar 33 is inserted into the research hole 17, and the whole inner circumferential wall surface is photographed. The inner circumferential wall surface image and position data are inputted to an image processing unit through a connecting cable 21, the image recording and monitor display are conducted through a control part, and the image data and position are printed out from a video printer. Thus, the precise information of the ground structure in an examined position can be obtained, and analyzed more precisely.</p> |
