DAMPER FOR SPEAKER ND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To secure the stable quality of a speaker damper while maintaining effective productivity by sewing a conductive material to be loaded on a damper material as a colored wire and sticking a spare soldering to the terminal part of a conductive part formed by the colored wire. CONSTITUTION:Woven fabric 1 formed like a band is passed in a dipping tank storing thermosetting resin 3 such as phenol resin diluted by a solvent to obtain a damper material 1F. On the other hand, a plain knit colored wire 2H obtained by braiding copper foil like plain knit is used as the conductive material and two parallel wires 2H are sewed on the center of the material 1F along the longitudinal direction. Since the phenol resin can be loaded so as not to be applied to the surface of the wire 2H, its sewing process can simply be executed by an industrial sewing machine, so that continuous production can be attained. Then the wires 2H are applied to prescribed set positions by silk printing by means of cream soldering CH of optional quantity. Thus, the effective productivity and stable quality of damper production can be secured.
