PURPOSE:To protect a secret with higher accuracy by controlling a terminal equipment that can use a computer by means of the telephone No of the terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A telephone No check part 6 reads the recorded terminal side telephone No data and decides whether the terminal side telephone No has the using right of a computer or not based on a fact whether the same telephone No is contained in a telephone No control file 5 or not. Then a line cutting part 7 decides no right to use the computer, that is, the terminal equipment of the partner side that received a telephone call is not identical with a terminal equipment 2 which can use the computer. Thus a call, given from another place is decided. Then the part 7 cuts the connection secured between the equipment 2 under a busy state and the computer at the side of the computer, i.e., cuts a line. Thus the equipment 2 is controlled by its telephone No and therefore the terminal equipment having an uncontrolled telephone No is unable to use the computer. |
