PURPOSE:To enable the small-sized and light structure, wherein the distortion by magnetic force is small, by combining a plurality of sets of superconducting coils wound on bobbins coaxially, and impregnating the inside superconducting coil with resin, and hardening it, and integrating it with the outside bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The superconducting coils assembly comprising the first superconducting coil 12 wound on a first bobbin 11, the second bobbin 13 arranged coaxially outside of this, and the second superconducting coil 14 wound on this is stored in a cryogenic vessel 16, and further it is stored in a vacuum heat insulating vessel 17. Both vessels 16 and 17 are heat-insulated by a heat- insulating shield 18. And in assembling, the first superconducting coil is impregnated with resin 15, and it is hardened so as to unite the first superconducting coil 12 with the second bobbin 13. For the first superconducting coil 12, a compound superconducting wire high in critical magnetic field is used, and for the second superconducting coil 14, an alloy superconducting wire low in critical magnetic field is used. |
