PURPOSE:To obviate a large working space by actuating a driving source to drive endless, toothed belts in the direction in which the lowermost ribs are moved upward along gate type frame bodies, thereby opening a pallet covered with a tent-cloth from the lower side. CONSTITUTION:Gate type frame bodies 3, 4 of approximately U-shaped cross-section are installed at the front part and at the rear part of the pallet 2 of a truck 1, and plural, Long ribs 5 whose both ends are bent inward, are laid over between the gate type frame bodies 3, 4. The ribs 5 are integrally fixed to a tent-cloth, and provided so that they can freely move up and down along the gate type frame bodies 3, 4 while they are held nearly horizontally. The lowermost ribs 5 are moved up and down together with toothed belts 10, 11 by rotating toothed pulleys 6, 8 at the upper ends through gear trains by driving a motor to turn the endless toothed belts 10, 11 laid over between toothed pulleys 7, 9 at the lower ends.
