<p>PURPOSE:To improve the through-put of an information transfer line by providing respective devices with time synchronizing functions, providing a transmission line monitoring part with a time adding function and providing a selecting/ deciding information table on a local monitoring device to select information to be transmitted to a central monitor. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of time-added monitoring information (S15 to S17 e.g.) are collected by the local monitoring device 2, which selects required information and transfers the selected information to the central monitor 1 as selected and time-added monitoring information (S18). On the other hand, time is synchronized among respective devices based upon time synchronizing signals (S11 to S14, etc.). The pieces of monitoring information (S15 to S17) collected from respective monitoring parts in respective corresponding transmitting devices through respective monitoring information storing parts 21 are collected by a monitoring information selecting part 22 and arranged in each added time, the selecting/deciding information table 23 is referred to respective pieces of information generated at the same time and the fault generation point of fault information detected over plural transmission lines is analized. Thus, information can be effectively transferred.</p> |
