发明名称 BORING METHOD FOR BOX-SHAPED STRUCTURAL PARTS
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the infiltration of cut pieces into box-shaped structural parts by holding a falling preventive member by means of a clamping device, then cutting the remaining cutting part of the box-shaped structural parts by a laser beam or plasma machine. CONSTITUTION:The cutting start point set on a processing route is irradiated with a laser by the laser beam machine 3 to start the boring of the box-shaped structural parts 1. The laser beam machine 3 moves along the processing route while the machine cuts the front surface of the box-shaped structural parts 1. The laser beam machine 3 is once stopped and a wire 2 is clamped by the clamping device 4 when the machine approaches again the cutting start point. The laser beam machine 3 is then released and the remaining processing route on the front surface of the parts 1 is cut. The wire 2 is welded and joined to the cut piece 5 cut from the parts 1 and this wire 2 is held clamped by the clamping device 4 and, therefore, there is no possibility that the cutting piece 5 falls into the box-shaped structural parts 1.
