<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the water permeability and water absorbency, and make it possible to protect a content from humidity of the outside by packaging a storage case with a fluorine-containing resin film. CONSTITUTION:A cassette is placed in a cassette case, and the cassette case is packaged with a fluorine-containing resin film. The packaging film consists of a thin film shaped fluorine-containing resin film 1 and an opening tape 2 which is arranged on the internal periphery of the fluorine-containing resin film 1. The end parts around the outer peripheral edges of the film 1 are used as a welding part 4 to package the case 3. The film 1 is made of a fluorine- atom-containing macromolecular material, and polytetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer, etc., can be counted in a concrete form. Since these fluorine-containing resins have extremely low humidity permeability and water absorbency, a recording medium is protected from humidity of the outside, and oxidation of the metal magnetic layer due to humidity can be prevented from occurring.</p> |
