<p>PURPOSE:To realize an appropriate high frequency transformer for a semiconductor power amplifier by combining first to fourth terminal boards with a conductive foil attached on a surface, first and second metallic cylinders for forming secondary conductors and third and fourth metallic cylinders for forming primary conductors with a magnetic body attached on an outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency transformer comprises a first terminal board 10 with a conductive foil attached on a surface wherein right and left parts are separated by a dielectric body, first and second metallic cylinders 11, 12 with one ends joined to the right and left conductive foils for forming secondary conductors, a second terminal board 14 with the other ends of the metallic cylinders 11, 12 joined and a conductive foil for making the metallic cylinders 11, 12 conductive on a surface, third and fourth metallic cylinders 21, 22 wherein a hollow part is coaxially placed and magnetic bodies 23, 24 are attached on outer peripheries for forming primary conductors, a third terminal board 25 with conductive foils attached on a surface for making the metallic cylinders 21, 22 conductive and a fourth terminal board 26 wherein the other ends of the metallic cylinders 21, 22 are joined and a conductive foil is attached on a surface while left and right parts are separated by a dielectric body. Thus current can be efficiently made flow with low impedance.</p> |
