<p>PURPOSE:To improve operation convenience and to obtain high reliability by providing a count circuit counting the number of rewrite times for stored information and outputting an alarm signal to outside when the count output reaches the prescribed number of times. CONSTITUTION:Data supplied from input/output terminals D0-D7 is fetched and it is transmitted to a memory array MARY data line through a designated Y gate CW. The count circuit CNT counting the number of rewrite times at that time is provided and a storage part which previously sets a rewrite limit is provided. When the device is loaded on a specified system and is used, the number of rewrite times can be set in accordance with a reliable degree which is requested in the system. When the count value of the count circuit CNT reaches the number of rewrite limit which is previously set, the alarm signal WOF is outputted. Thus, the device can be used with desired reliability corresponding to respective systems.</p> |
