PURPOSE:To support a bonding agent through a protruded part, and to prevent the fall-off of a bulb fixed to the protruded part, when a peeling is generated between the projected part and the bonding agent, by forming the protruded part on the inner surface of a neck part formed on the rear part of a reflecting surface. CONSTITUTION:A protruded part 14 is formed on the inner surface of a neck part 11 for supporting a halogen bulb 4. After a glass base 1 is formed, this part is heated, and is pressed from the outside, and the protruded part 14 is thus formed. Primarily infrared emitted from a filament 5 of the bulb 4 is emitted to the rear part of a dichroic mirror (reflecting mirror) 3, however, the infrared is seldom received directly by the protruded part 14, and the degradation in a bonding agent 12 is thus inhibited. Even when the degradation in the bonding agent 12 occurs, and when the peeling is generated between the inner surface of the neck part 11 and the bonding agent 12, the bonding agent 12 is supported by the projected part 14. The fall of the halgen bulb is thus prevented. |
