PURPOSE:To execute appropriate progress management and to take appropriate measures by comparing progress results to schedule in objective figures in the course of a work period in each operation of the analysis, design, manufacturing and testing of the software development. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of an external storage device 1-1, a display device 1-2, a data input device 1-3, an operation processing device 1-4 and a progress management storage device 1-5. Each operation of the software development is divided into work items, the working processes of the work items are divided into several stages of sub-work items, the sub-work items are assigned load values, the results of completed work are inputted and recorded in the working processes of each work item, the progress rate of the results by means of the load values is calculated and it is compared with the scheduled progress rate so as to execute the management. Thus, the appropriate progress management can be executed. |
