COMPOSITION OF HEAD- AND SOUND- INSULATION MATERIAL

The composition is used in construction work and transport. It solidifies faster and completely at room temperature without external pressure, it has low density and heat conductivity, reduced technological and operating shrinkage. It is appropriate as a middle layer of panels of the type "sandwich", as well as for bearing constructions. The compositions consists of in weight percent: 0,5 to 10 acid catalyst, 4 to 6 wood flour, of grade 250 or hydrolysis lignin or tobacco flour of grade 200, and resol phenol formaldehyde resin 10 to 95. The acid catalyst can be a concentrated alcohol solution of oxalic acid or 60 percent water solution of n- toluenesulphonic acid.
