PURPOSE:To substantially shift and rotate the position of a window or a picture without rewriting data in a storage means by generating the correction address information of the storage means corresponding to the deviation of an object from a reference position. CONSTITUTION:A window memory 7 (storage means) stores the data of the window designating the range of the picture for the object or the data of the picture for this object. A CPU 9 (supply means) supplies information on the deviation from the reference position of the object. A rotation shift correction circuit 6 generates correction address information corresponding to the deviating of the object from the reference position based on the output of the CPU 9. Thus, the position of the window or the picture can be substantially shifted or rotated without rewriting the data in the window memory 7. |
