<p>PURPOSE:To obtain procedures for manufacturing a decorative sheet which is superior in terms of surface physical properties such as abrasion and scratch resistance by sticking PVC film to water-soluble sheet, applying thermally- curable resin to the surface of the film and removing the water-soluble sheet by water wash after heating and drying the resin. CONSTITUTION:For the manufacture of this decorative sheet, first PVC film is stuck to water-soluble sheet, then thermally curable resin is applied to the surface of the film and the water-soluble sheet is removed by water wash after heating and drying it. Heat it used for drying at up to 100 deg.C like a conventional thermal drying method used for a top coat applied to the sheet. In addition, the amount of the resin applied to the top coat can be increased. As a result, it is possible to obtain PVC film having excellent surface physical properties such as abrasion and scratch resistance.</p> |
