摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain high rigity of superconducting coil by a method wherein, in a superconducting coil using an autohesion wire, soft autohesion films are prepared, the autohesion film on the adjacent part are wound while it is being squeezed out between enamel-covered superconducting wires, and a heat treatment is conducted thereon. CONSTITUTION:The superconducting wires 14a of an autohesion wire 14 are coated with enamel films 14b, the enamel films 14b are covered by autohesion films 14c consisting of semi-hardened epoxy resin which is softened to a non- sticky state. The multiple-wound autohesion super-conducting wire 14 is arranged very closely in a radial direction and center axis direction and the adjacent parts 15a in a radial direction are wound by applying the prescribed tension. As a result, the autohesion films 14c are squeezed out between the superconducting wires 14a which are covered by the enamel film 14b, and on this section, the enamel films 14b are directly brought into contact with each other. Accordingly, as the autohesion films 14c, which are allowed to flow to a depletion part 16 when a heat treatment is conducted, are not present on the above-mentioned adjacent parts 15a, the added tension does not come loose, and the rigidity of the coil can be highly maintained.
