摘要 PURPOSE: To eliminate weak points that are light cycle flickering phenomenon of an fluorescent lamp driven by AC power and abrasion of an electrode at one side, by activating a DC fluorescent lamp or a lighting equipment with high frequency cycle bridging, and by lighting a lamp continuously with cycle bridge lamp receiving porality with a comparatively low frequency. CONSTITUTION: A porality signal setting device 104 drives a porality interchange switch 102 by forming a HIGH or LOW signal of a cycle bridge with power supply instantaneous porality in an instance of power transmission or arcing noise signal, or as its own clock pulse, and sets plus and minus poralities of both lamp ends of a lamp set 103. The lamp is driven by one time track state signal with a comparatively low frequency, and an operation of the interchange porality switch 102 is controlled by a signal with a comparatively low cycle, a DC power cycle bridge is input in the lamp set and the ratios of making the both lamp ends either plus or minus during a concentrated long time usage become nearly equal. Thereby, as well as deterioration of one side of the clamp can be prevented, it is also prevented that a brightness cycle pulse formed with AC as a power source hurts eyes.
