<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to determine the general optimum distribution of an amount of drainage by operating a plurality of drainage pumps sites associated with drainage distribution by predicting a water flow rate flowing in drainage channels, and by determining the distribution of an amount of drainage at each drainage pump site. CONSTITUTION:A water flow rate flowing in a drainage channel 3 can be easily predicted if an amount of rainfall or its predicted value is determined, and further, an amount of water to be branched from the drainage channel 3 to driving channel 4 can also be predicted by the inner water level of each drainage pump 2 and a channel resistance such as the inflow resistance of movable weir 5, gate 6, or the like. Furthermore, the max drainage capability of each drainage pump 2 is predetermined. Accordingly, the distribution of an amount of drainage of each drainage pump 2 based on these factors basically determines the optimum distribution of an amount of drainage in a drainage system. With this, the optimum distribution of an mount of drainage of each drainage pump 2 can be determined.</p> |
