PURPOSE:To manufacture a thin sheet and film having a fine surface and high thickness accuracy by using active energy rays by contact-bonding and transferring the semirigid resin film or sheet onto a second metallic surface by a pressure roll having constant load. CONSTITUTION:When a film and a sheet are manufactured, a photosensitive resin liquid A is applied by an applicator 2, levelled sufficiently, and irradiated with active energy rays from an active energy ray irradiator 3, to which a reflecting mirror 4 is mounted, and changed into a semirigid resin A', and A' is stuck on a metallic belt 1' with a second metallic surface by a pressure roll 7, to which constant load 8 is applied. Load in an extent that bubbles are not intruded between the metallic belt 1' and the semirigid resin A' is applied as the load 8. The semirigid resin A stuck on the rotating second metallic belt 1' is irradiated with active energy rays by a second active energy ray irradiator 3' and completely cured, and a film or a sheet B as a product is manufactured, and held by a pair of pinch rolls 11 and peeled from the metallic belt 1'. |
