PURPOSE:To increase the inductance of a bias supply line and to decrease the capacitance by forming a ground conductor formed to other major face of a board to area other than that corresponding to the bias supply line formed to the major face. CONSTITUTION:A signal line 3 connecting to an active element 2 made of a microstrip line is formed to one major face 1a of a board 1 and a bias supply line 4 whose one terminal connects to the line 3 is formed to supply a bias to the active element 2. The line 4 is made of a meandered ribbon conductor pattern. Moreover, a ground conductor 5 is formed to an area 1d other than an area 1c including an area corresponding to the line 4 in the other major face 1b of the board 1. Thus, the impedance Z when viewing the line 4 from a connecting point 6 between the lines 3 and 4 is sufficiently high at a signal frequency more than that the conventional case with forming the line 4 by the microstrip line. |
