PURPOSE:To prevent useless interruption of load by providing means for executing processing of a data converting means and a control means again based on a modified target value, when a target power demand is modified to a value inputted on a keyboard at the time of monitoring of power demand, thereby freely modifying the target power demand. CONSTITUTION:A target power demand 10a is set freely on a keyboard 11 through a CRT keyboard interface 9. When the target power demand 10a is modified, a CPU 8 commands to repeat the processing of a data converting means and a control means based on a modified target power demand 10a. A trend graph is displayed again based on the modified target power demand 10a and the load is interrupted as required. According to the constitution, unnecessary interruption of power can be prevented. |
